Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  1. Most product prices include ECONOMIC shipping costs.
  2. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $80 USD.
  3. For shipments to duty-free countries, please contact us for the eligible country list.
  4. Import duties may apply to destinations not on our duty-free list. The purchaser is responsible for any customs fees, including losses due to unpaid duties.

Priority Shipping

  1. Handle time: 2-3 business days.
  2. Transit time:  Europe: 5-10 business days.  USA:10-14days(Including customs clearance service time. ) Due to limited coverage of the Priority shipping method in Canada and Australia, delivery time is not guaranteed for these two countries.
  3. Rural areas (as defined by FedEx): Priority shipping is not available. We will automatically switch to ECONOMIC shipping and refund the priority shipping fee.

Economic or Free Shipping

  1. Domestic transit to International express company: 5-7 business days.
  2. International transit time: Typically 8-18 business days (varies by location).
  3. Example: UK deliveries usually take 5-10 days.
  4. Fully trackable.
  5. After customs clearance, the package may undergo intermediate sorting at a destination-country distribution hub, which could add 1-5 business days to the delivery timeline.
  6. Some large items, such as hot tents and stoves, are not eligible for free shipping.

Other EU countries: parcels will be shipped through the local Postal network/DHL/PostNL/DPD etc.

Australia: ARAMEX/AuPost

New Zealand: Post haste

Canada: Canada Post

If your country is not in the list above, it does not mean that it cannot be shipped. If you want to know the specific carrier, please contact us. 

Returns

We accepts returns on clean and unused products, within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund of the purchased price. To qualify for a refund, returned products must be in unused, without any odor and stains, with all tags and labels.

Countries and regions that offer a time-sensitive guarantee:

EU, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Malaysia.

If the delay is caused by your refusal to cooperate with customs, it is not covered.

Parcel Loss Protection

We will bear the loss of the parcel for the customer.When a package is lost, we will refund the full amount or resend the package.

The define of Lost parcel: the transportation company or post office declares that the parcel is lost.
